2012 Porsche Cayman R / 2015 Porsche 911 GT3
A rare limited production lightweight sport model of the mid engine Cayman, this Cayman R model longer for more. This customer’s 987.1 was equipped with the beautiful factory carbon fiber seat option, but was Alcantara deficient, and power anemic.
We installed a custom headliner and lower kick panel wrap in factory color matched genuine Alcantara, and added a power package consisting of; EVOMS tune, Milltek exhaust, EVOMS intake, IPD Plenum, GT3 throttle body, and short shifter kit. WOW, this really transformed the car with razor sharp throttle response and an epic flat 6 song that you can replay to eternity. We also had the wheels powder coated in gloss black with a matching exhaust tip to finish things out.
While a potent and enjoyable combination, our customer wasn’t complete until he added a Mexico Blue GT3 to the garage.
We then tore apart this epic beautiful 991 GT3 with 273 miles on the clock to retrofit a rear view camera system with custom PCE programming and conversion from NAVTEQ. With the Sharkwerks bypass pipe it barked angrily with PDK decel farts that could probably be heard from a country mile. Good times!
